RESET: 7 Days of Real Food

If you have joined our mailing list, you are probably familiar with our RESET challenge. If not, this post is for you! With the holiday’s comes the hustling and bustling, the never ending to-do lists, and lets face it, a lot less focus on our health. Cookie parties, chocolate galore (I’m not complaining here, I promise), and all the delicious Christmas beer – it’s easy to throw our mindful routines out the window and give ourselves a pass. And we should! Food is one of my all time favorite things and I 100% advocate that it should be something we enjoy. Which is why we created RESET.

RESET is simply a 7 day REAL FOOD challenge. Which essentially means we are cutting out ALL processed food, caffeine, sugar, and alcohol. For 7 days. Why are we doing this? To reset. To give our bodies a break from all of the mindless eating the holiday season tends to bring and to remind ourselves to eat intentionally. Then, after the 7 days is up, you are excited to celebrate in moderation and slowdown to not only enjoy the festivities, but to appreciate them as well.
